I want to be real and authentic with all of you. Not only on my blog, but also through my social media, my designs, and the way I run my business.

I'm not gonna lie, I'm struggling with the whole social media thing. I think I'm still trying to find my voice/my brand voice. I want to be authentic and true to who I am. I never want to put up a façade or act performatively in any way. I don't want to just build another trendy brand. I want Holy Girl to actually have impact and be a light in our society and especially in the fashion industry.

I find it a bit challenging sometimes… I have to consistently check my heart behind everything. Sometimes that causes me to be slow to post, slow to put out, slow to create. Which I don't think is a bad thing, but I definitely get in my head about not doing enough or falling behind. The pressure to constantly post something is annoying tbh.

But I'm giving myself grace and praying through all of it. I'm slowly finding my brand voice, but most importantly I'm putting my voice, coupled with the Holy Spirit's, first. I love trends! I love trend research and analysis! So honestly, it shouldn't be that hard, but I second-guess myself A LOT.

The reason I'm telling you all of this is because I truly care about what I'm building here, and my heart is to only build in the way in which God instructs me to… and right now His instruction has simply been to have fun with Him! Which is amazing! But also leaves soooo much space. Like a blank canvas sitting in front of you, but you have no idea what to paint! You just gotta paint what you love and keep adding to it until you know that it's right.

I'm still here, Holy Girl is not gonna stop anytime soon, and in fact, I actually am planning a small summer capsule collection that I hope to launch by June!

I'm learning, growing, having fun with Jesus, and also trusting the process!

This past week, the main thing God has said to me is that He wants me to trust Him! Not just with the big things but also the little things. He said that there are times when His spirit moves and it's big and noticeable and miraculous. But I also want to encourage you that even the little miracles and little wins that only God sees — those are also just as powerful and important for His kingdom. And also important for all He wants to do in you and through you.

At the end of the day, it's all about Jesus.🩷

There's been a lot of warfare with not only starting this business, but also with being newly married, and soon we're actually moving across the country. There's a lot of change happening, but I have so much peace because I know it's God re-potting us into a bigger pot! Whenever God takes you out of a pot that you've outgrown, He'll place you into a bigger one for your roots to stretch out so that you can grow more and produce more fruit. Outgrowing that smaller pot really hurts, being pulled out of it hurts, and being repotted is scary sometimes. Getting pruned hurts. But the fruit that comes from it is amazing. And most importantly, the roots of trust in Jesus grow so strong! Getting to know Holy Spirit as your friend is the greatest gift of all.

If you're in a tough season where it seems like on one end God is moving, but on the other end, everything is "falling apart"/changing quickly — it's okay. Let me encourage you that everything is actually falling into place. God doesn't allow disruption for no reason! He actually allows it for a good reason. He has a plan, He has great things for you, and you're not alone.

When God sends winds of change to blow over your life, it actually blows away the shelters that the enemy built in your life to hide under. Maybe you didn't see it before, but the moment those shelters of the enemy blew away, it exposed exactly where the enemy has been. And although it may seem like a huge attack on the enemy's part, because now he's in front of your face, it was actually God exposing him. But the enemy isn't large in your face — God is actually showing you that He's in control and that the enemy is in fact sooooooo weak!!!

He's so weak that he built flimsy little shelters to hide under, but God is so powerful that one soft blow of His breath blew them away.

Worship the Lord!! He is so good. The winds of change blow away the schemes of the enemy and bring light to the darkness.

I've experienced a lot of pain, a lot of grief, and a lot of getting on my knees. The most joyful season has also been the most painful, yet God is so miraculous, and I believe that He's sent these winds of change because He is getting ready to pour out so much unto those who never turn their face from His. I truly believe that God is telling the enemy to give it up, get out of the way with his dumb accusations, and God is saying you are not guilty. You're actually covered by the blood of Jesus and freedom is yours. Redemption is yours. And everything that belongs to the Father also belongs to you when you believe in Christ Jesus and accept Him as your Lord and savior.

Someone needs to hear this right now:

"Well done my love. I'm not mad at you — I'm actually madly in love with you. The accusations that the enemy has made towards you don't stand. Keep looking towards me. Let me fill your cup. The most important thing to me is my relationship with you. Where people have projected, where the enemy has lied, and where the circumstances you've found yourself in may seem confusing or even fruitless — I say that I am greater. Do not be afraid nor discouraged. I am with you. Come away with me. Have fun with me. Trust me even in the small things. Do not partner with fear nor anger. The change that you thought was the enemy's doing is actually my grace and mercy not allowing the enemy to encamp around you. You know exactly where the enemy is at, and now I'm ready to clear the path for you to march forward and see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Keep serving, keep loving, keep your heart pure. If I am for you, then who can be against you? — Love, Abba."

"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." — Ephesians 6:12

"What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?" — Romans 8:31

"Rise up, my darling! Come away with me, my fair one!" — Song of Solomon 2:10

"I will give you every place where you set your foot, as I promised Moses." — Joshua 1:3

"Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." — Joshua 1:8-9

I am reminded of the story of Jehoshaphat, one of the kings of Judah. The story is in 2 Chronicles 20. It's a story of God delivering Jehoshaphat and his men and giving them victory in a battle against the enemy. Jehoshapha prayed and then God instructed them to worship. Their worship sent confusion unto the enemy, and the enemy turned on themselves and were defeated!! Jehoshaphat and his men gained victory without even having to lift a sword.

Where you’ve been faithful, obedient, and careful to follow the voice and instructions of the Lord, people may assume it’s foolish. But God always gets the victory and His ways are far greater than ours. You have the victory in Christ Jesus and God is going to confuse the enemy.

I urge you to consistently search your heart, follow Jesus, walk in humility, and trust Him even when it doesn’t make sense. Even when it seems like everything is going wrong. You can trust your heavenly Father God.

I literally have s much more I can say but I’ll leave you with that.
