Shipping Policy

Some Holy Girl orders get packed by hand at HQ — that's me, tape and all. Others are made for you by the partners who produce our pieces. Both roads end at your door. Here's how it works.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States, including Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO military addresses.

We're not shipping internationally just yet — but we're working on it, with updates coming in 2027. If you're outside the U.S., hang tight. We're getting it right before we open the doors. 🤍

Two kinds of orders

How long your order takes depends on what's in it.

Journals, accessories, and anything we stock

These are packed by hand at HQ and shipped daily, Monday through Friday — usually within 1 business day of your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out the next business day.

Choose Priority or Express and order before 3:00pm ET, and it ships the same day.

Clothing

All of our clothing is made to order, which means nobody is pulling your size off a shelf — it's being made for you after you order it. Expect 8–14 business days from purchase to your door, which usually works out to about two to three weeks.

That's not a delay. It's the whole point: we don't hold dead stock, we don't overproduce, and nothing gets made that nobody wanted.

Rush shipping doesn't shorten this. A garment can't be made faster than it can be made.

Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order. No minimum, no code, no fine print.

Priority and Express are available on orders up to 5 lb, and apply to in-stock items only — they speed up shipping, not making. Made-to-order clothing follows the 8–14 business day timeline above and carries its own shipping rate, set by the makers.

Delivery windows start the day your order leaves us, not the day you place it.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as your label is printed.

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating after you receive it. If it looks stuck at first, that's normal — it usually catches up once the carrier scans it in.

Orders that arrive in more than one package

If you order a journal and a tee together, they won't arrive together — the journal ships from HQ in a few days, the tee is being made for you and follows on the 8–14 business day timeline.

You'll get separate tracking for each package. Nothing is missing, and you're not charged twice. It's just two roads to the same door.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address before you check out — especially apartment and unit numbers.

If you catch a mistake, email us at info@holygirl.shop right away and we'll fix it if the label hasn't printed yet. Once a package is in the carrier's hands we can't redirect it.

If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we'll reach out to arrange reshipping. Reshipping costs may apply for incorrect addresses.

Lost, delayed, or damaged

Once your order is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands — but you're still not on your own.

Delayed: Carriers occasionally run slow, especially around holidays. If tracking hasn't moved in 5+ business days, email us and we'll chase it with you.
Marked delivered but missing: Check with neighbors and around your building first, then give it 24 hours — it turns up more often than you'd think. Still nothing? Email us.
Arrived damaged: Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
